Open forum for different international partners to talk about solidarity and the difficult balance between the cooperative vision and the economic reality – specially in/after the crisis. As growing cooperatives we experience a strong tension: while having to work on our economic success and growth (in terms of target groups and services) we also have to reinforce the cooperative and solidarity essence of our project. How do we work on both? What impact on the teams? What can we learn from each other in general and during these extraordinary times? How do we team build? How do we communicate?
